Scrolling Player Ranks

Would it be possible to make it so that when you view Player Rank (or Alliance Rank, but less priority), you could scroll to see ranks besides where you are or top 10? Many times I will be playing a node and I want to see if it's even possible to get enough points to climb to the next prize tier or if I should play a different PVP or section of the game. I'm #75 and I would love to get under 50, but I can't see if that's unobtainable and if it is, I will stop grinding on that node because I'm content with under 100 or even under 200, since the only difference is ISO, which I have in abundance. Thanks!
