Downed but not out

Just playing some first round DDQ against Storm and she Tempest downs two of my characters, whose powers still show as active.

Flicking between my team characters still shows all powers as active but I am (correctly) unable to active Widow's Blue or any of Spidey's "active" powers.

I find the lowest point match the next turn but Storm dies.
