The 20 iso reward

You guys are driving me nuts here. Why do I have to sometimes play a node up to 10 or more times to get the last prize in a node.
I have been trying to get the legendary token from a node. The battle is tough but winnable at my current levels. But I've been playing this node for two days trying to get the token. I got the other rewards right away but it will not give up the LT.
You guys should leave the useless 20 iso for after the other prizes are won. I can't even see how this benefits you. It's not like it translate to dollars. So why the unnecessary torture?
