After months of seeing people complain about the game I thought why not see what the forum would like to see fixed the most. Sorry if this is somewhere else as I really only read the general forum.

I picked the pvp 1 (like everybody else)however i would like the amount of iso needed to max 4 stars the most now i have thought about it.im sitting on 2 maxed 4 stars that i havent a hope of maxing in the near future and feel now 4 stars are the norm this should be addressed asap0

I'll suggest removing new events as that has been addressed now. There's a new event coming in 4 days and yet another, shortly afterwards.
Can replace with rehaul of the 4* transition, availability of command points, and/or improvement of Legendary Tokens (not the odds, but the behaviour). And maybe allow two picks?0 -
Personally I voted character balancing and token types as I feel these are areas of focus0

A good immediate step would be to sell repeated legendary token by CP. However, the most important is to let ISO 20 for the fourth reward on. First receives three specific rewards node to then win ISO. I have no time or patience to play the same node 10-20 times to get 1CP.0

I voted tokens new types; and with this i meant that there need to be more tokens that each contain a maximum of 25 heroes for example.
Because currently they just put all heroes in 1 token, 0.2% to pull a character, then one third of that to get the cover you need, only means i need 1500 tokens on average for the right cover
When i acquire new tokens i am always excited, but just too many times i cant do anything with the cover it gives. If characters are categorized and given a token per group, you can only open tokens of a certain group and not having to waste so many covers. Imagine if it continues like this, a new player starting to play in 2017. By then the game might have 200 different characters, all put into 1 token, this new player will get a new character every time he opens a token, unable to build any characters.0 -
Character Balance.
Edit: oh, two options? Communication. This is arguably more important than balance. The devs need to significantly improve communication first or any other changes is meaningless.0 -
I'm a mid 3* transitioner (3 max covered, best 4* @5 covers) coming up on 200 days played. There's 2 super-high priorities for me right now: 20 ISO and PvE scaling (especially in regards to 5*s). I voted for PvE scaling because 20 Iso is annoying, but PvE scaling is unplayable now that I drew my 2nd 5* while hunting for essential 4* characters. PvP mmr (again in regards to 5*s) is also unplayable, but that doesn't hurt me as much because I (used to) get far more rewards that are useful via PvE.
Maybe you should change the PvP/PvE items and merge them as "5* scaling/matchmaking".0 -
I think better communication can lead to a good majority of the rest on the list. I do enjoy talking to thin air but it almost never talks back.0

I voted for 20 ISO and the 4* transition. The number of 4* that have been introduced this year is crazy. The amount of ISO needs is even worse. The fact that 4* are only rewards for #1 in PVP and PVE needs a major overhaul. I hav expressed before PVP needs to go to a top 50 can earn a 4* and 51-150 can earn a 3*.
For ISO if you increase the min to 50 and then tier the min ISO based on the node level in PVE it would make a huge difference. A normal level worth min 100 ISO and a hard level worth 200 ISO.0 -
I voted "other". I'd like to see general event rewards revamped, as I've seen others suggest in previous threads. With only new 4* and 5* characters being released, it seems ludicrous that the rewards for top 100 are still 3*'s, save the top 1-2 finishers. 4* rewards and progressions for 7-day PVEs and a few 4* featured PVPs per season (with the previous event's rewards being 4*'s) would go a long way towards putting rewards inline with the current direction of the game...0

Before CP I would have voted the 4 star transition - it almost drove me out of the game. But with CP, that's fixed (if they just up the number of CP slightly)
Not surprised to see 20 iso as the top, especially since people are trying to get CP now.
I also voted for PVE scaling since this gauntlet is giving me enemies more than a hundred levels higher than my team. What the tiny kitty is that.0 -
I feel scaling as important simply because an underdeveloped roster rolling a 5* will force him to chuck away the supposedly most powerful characters.
You dont get euphoria from getting 5*, you only get kicked in the face cos you have to chuck it0 -
While I picked Character Balancing, I'm aware that this really only applies to a few characters.
But some of them are such a stand out that it baffles me they remain as they are. The two big obvious ones are Iron Man 3* and X-Force Wolvie.
It's been said before that XFW was somewhat overpowered in his hay day but nerfed a little too hard. People wanted him brought back up a notch at the time but, eh, there weren't many 4*s to pick from so whatevs. But now we have a load of 4*s and he's pretty near the bottom of the pile. We've got a new Wolverine and she's much, much better than him. In fact she's comparable to where he was before he was nerfed. What has become the new standard of power now was considered over powered when XFW was the dominant strategy and other characters you could consider as OP (Hulkbuster and Jean Grey for example) are considered perfectly fine and don't need nerfing. As a result, XFW NEEDS to be brought back into line with the 4*s instead of being a higher level 3* like he currently feels.
Iron Man...does anything need to be said? The only character whose optimal build is to not fully cover him. The only broken character yet to be revised. A character who even when the game was young was still a fairly wonky design and has only got wonkier as time has gone on. His blue as an AoE is far more expansive to fire and as an aftermath (losing 2AP in everything) than pretty much any other AoE worth using in the 3* roster. His red, again, costs AP to fire. His yellow is best at 2 covers, but if you max him out you're making things harder for yourself. He exists purely as an AP battery for other, better characters. Dude needs a total rework.
Also, please change Captain Marvel's appearance. She's never looked right =S
Also give 3* Spider Man 1* Spider Man's powers.
Also please give me the last Iron Fist purple I need. I promise I won't tell anyone if you do, I've just been desperate for a purple cover for freakin months.0 -
Decent poll, and some really good things on it, but some are overly vague.. and the one thing i want the most is just flat missing.. (a grindable non-competitive, rewards based on difficulty you pick, random iso farm spot, it is in suggestions somewhere) .
But with the choices available, i chose the vault.. since i need 0 3* covers.. or 2* covers.. so most of the vault is just iso for me.. and new types of tokens.. event tokens hate me, pvp tokens are slightly better, but would prefer to get something between a heroic and a legendary..0 -

What if the answer to what you want is "No, and it's not plausible that we're going to change it in the near future"?
Like if that is their honest answer I'd rather they not say anything at all about that issue.
I voted for PVP (because that is a painful slog) and new events (because I want more different gameplay, darn it)0 -

That's really interesting. I find PvE a painful slog and PvP to be much less frustrating. I shield 1-2 times per event though.0 -

I'm fine with them telling us no as long as they are talking to us.
As a developer myself, I would accept that answer and move on. I know that you can't say yes to every request from your customers. I've had to tell my customers no many times over the years and I always explain why. The reason the customer asks us the question in the first place are we are the experts. We are paid to know the answer and whether something is feasible.
If I took your stance and just ignored my customers when they asked for something I couldn't do, I wouldn't have many customers left. People don't like to pay for service they aren't getting.0
