Health Relative-To-Level List (for Balance of Power)

As many of us know the 5 tiers present in the game create for some wildly varying health levels, with maxed characters reaching just under 1,400 health while a maxed can go up to 45,000.
With Balance of Power, however, we can see that if everyone was present at the same level there would be a more normalized shift between the low and high ends of the health pool. For fun, I took a look at my roster and noted down their health pools at level 550.

NOTE: There are some characters I am missing, so I've asked other forumites to help me complete the list.

Health-values listed are the mode health of the tier (greatest number of characters with those exact values; an average is done if a tie takes place.) There are health values with small deviations from each other, but are left within the tier as the difference is negligible. This phenomenon may be by-products of the scaling Balance of Power does to everyone, since each tier scales differently in all other modes of play. (OJSP has noticed the same character can have deviations based on it's level before taking into account the BoP boost: i.e. Old Man Logan has 91,800 normally at 550, and if he's levels 255 or 360 he's boosted to 91,800, yet a Lv. 282 boosted only scales up to 91,796.)

EDIT 3 (May 4th, 2016) Updated values with tiny tweaks and for additional characters added since the last run. (Most health values were altered about 5-20 points lower than the February run, so the differences are mostly negligible, and the total number of deviations has slightly decreased. Moonstone somehow made a 700 point jump, again the largest beneficiary of the tweaks.) Also fixed Dark Avengers Daken being grouped in a tier under his actual BoP health value.

Since I can't easily compare to a 270 baseline anymore, and because my roster is still lacking in terms of anything above the 3-star tier, I need your help in finding out the BoP health levels for Spider-Man [Back In Black].

I'm seeing his HP as 128,249 at 550, which will put him at the Bulky Tier.

Unfortunately I don't have Black Bolt or 5* Hulk/Black Widow to check those.

Not sure if this list is still being maintained, but here are more new characters to add:

3* Dr. Strange - 89,980
4* Blade - 114,749
4* Luke Cage - 128,232
4* Gwenpool - 90,000
5* Black Widow - 98,770

Several of these don't seem to fit exactly into the existing tiers, although most are pretty close.
RNG has not granted me 5* Hulk, Black Bolt, or Dr Strange.

Why am I not surprised that the characters in most events that make me mad because they have a lot of health are high up on this list. It's like they don't scale well into the higher levels...
