Stormking3 is ready for a new alliance. What's the benefit?

So, my alliance, though cool, is lazy.
Its all good, but I reap nothing from them.
So what can a real alliance do for me?
Specifically, what can yours do for me?

As far as what I can bring to the table:
600 PvP is easy most times.
I can occasionally push 1000 PvP.
Always get the Legendary on PvE.
Mostly putting time on PvE, but might switch if worth it.
Transitioning to 4* player.
155 RH, 535 Xpool, 153 Xwolvie
111 Fisk, JG, 4hor I might whale, or wait on HB or Thing. Some others.
All the best 3* and necessary 2* and 1*.
360k iso8 in the bank.

So what's the deal? What's the best type of alliance to look for? PvE or PvP?
I'm ready to up my game!
