Losing save when updating game

Hey,

I already submitted a ticket but i'd like to know if it's a known issue or there is something wrong with my account.
It's the second time I loose part of my "account" right after updating the game. The first time (June this summer) I just sucked it up, I was too busy with other things in my life. So I restarted last week and it just happened again after R88.

Basically, when I open the game it's my character name, I am still in my Alliance but that's it.

My account is linked to my Facebook still.
I was getting popups of being attack in Category-5 and still had my rank in the pvp Event. http://i.imgur.com/z8STycS.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/75IstDS.png
However, The Hunt, Jugg: Hero and Deadpool were reseted.

So, I am kind of frustrated right now. I love MPQ, it's basically the only game that stayed on my phone but this is the second time I loose a lot of stuff I paid for so it's starting to get under my skin. Not to mention that i'll never feel safe anymore with saves and uptades.

Things i tried after realizing it was gone:

1-Reinstall game - Do tutorial - Load up Facebook save = Didn't work
2-Clear Cache/Data = Didn't work
3-Factory reset phone and redid #1 = Nope
4-Trying loading the game on another device = Nope
