Command points on PvE nodes - Easy fix

We've heard numerous times before that fixing the 20 iso problem is "complicated" and "not an easy fix", and I'm okay with that. (I'd still like it fixed, but I believe that it's not easy). However, fixing the irritation that most people feel when grinding a PvE node for the 10th time without getting their command point is a really easy fix:

Just make nodes that award command points only have 1 reward. I know this can be done, because many PvEs have "that one node" that's really hard but awards 1000 or 2000 iso. It's an easy fix. If they only have 1 reward, they are guaranteed to award the command point on the first completion.

bad thing is not all PVEs have that one nod that is hard (one time hit..look at the hunt 2nd stage)

They all have a node that's hard, unless you have a roster full of low-level fully covered characters.

it doesn't have to be a non-replayable node. Once the command point is collected, it'll spit out 20 ISO, which is what many players are getting by replaying the existing CP nodes, trying to get the CP.
