Is this true even though the client still reports Silver Surfer & Old Man Logan as the only 5*s?

Drop ratio table does not include Phoenix!

Also, please make this list change dynamically to actual content!

Table now includes Jean Grey in the drop rates. Looks like they are capping 5* at 10%, the drop rates for all 3 5* characters have been reduced to 3.3%

This was announced when 5* were first introduced. Nothing new.

I don't see X-23 on the Legendary pull list. Is is an error or she isn't on it yet?

She'll be added into all packs with the season switch, as is normal for 4*s.
