Command Points reducing??

Sorry if this is in the incorrect place (not sure if this is something for a general discussion....or a bug)

So far I have accrued 8 command points.

5 from the drop that I believe everyone got
1 from completing 05-11-15 DDP
1 from the punisher/goon/goon node on the 1st sub of PVE
1 from the Storm/Goon/Pysduck node on the 2nd Sub of PVE

from my shaky math's, that makes 8.......yet I am showing as 7.....any one else seen this?/
