Finding Alternate Ability Info In-Game

There have been many characters released with alternate abilities where if an ability is fired and certain criteria are met, it changes to another ability. for us forumites, we can come to the character page and find info, but shouldn't that info be available in game for all the characters? to me it should be added to the character's ability info as the alternate power for those that don't have the description. vision is one I have fully covered and his descriptions are complete with alternate ability info. my iceman also has info on punch a snowman (I do have a blue cover there). I do not see this with my OML with 1 black cover (just says with 12 yellow, the black ability changes all abilities to new powers - no info on 'new powers') and I don't see it in the x23 description of her green ability (that I don't have a cover for yet - not sure if that makes a difference). is there a reason info is there for some but not others? thanks.
