Game unplayable

Hello I hiting a bug just of the start up of the fresh install news game on my device.

I am not able to play the game.
I'm running it on a Iphone 6 + running IOS 9.1.
I have proceed of the uninstall reinstall.

The problem is that there missing icons down the screen that need to be touch where Nick Fury said "Tap Here to see your unclaimed covers" and a arrow pointing to the buttom of the screen..
I try to touch evry corner on the iphone but with no success.

I'm impress that I did not get any reply about my issue.

It's been 1 month now an I still experiment the same issue.
I Hope to have a reply on this soon.
