MPQ not syncing between devices

I made the mistake of not updating MPQ on the device I played on this morning. When I went to play on another device that did have the latest update, none of my rewards from this morning showed up (including a 4* cover from a token pull, as well as all the ISO I had earned). Other than PvE and PvP scores, it's as if I hadn't plays at all, as the daily login reward and DDQ also appear to have been reset.
