Account synchronization issue

I play on multiple devices. iPhone, iPad & Galaxy Tab. I force close my App every time I stop playing it and yet every so often when I log in from one device to the other I'm missing progress. It gives me rewards for events and then when the account actually fixes itself my rewards are gone and I have to message D3. 6 times in 155 days it's happened to me twice in the last 9 days (the first of which is still not resolved).

I'm getting tired of having to contact them about this issue even asking for their advice and all I got was this link http://d3publisher.helpshift.com/a/marv ... up-my-save which is useless

You know once or twice I could live with it happening but 6 times is just too much.

Does any one else constantly have this issue or am I the only one?
