Sell covers for HPs with conditions

For beginners and casual players is difficult to buy new slots for the new characters they obtain.
A way to help them (us) to improve their rosters is selling covers for HPs, with four conditions:
-The character is not in your roster.
-You have no free slots in your roster.
-You don't have enough HPs to buy a new slot.
-The cover expires in less than 24 hours.
This way you just don't throw out (sell for ISO) a character you wanted; this would help to buy a new slot for the next one.

    Expiring covers drives HP purchases, making money for the company. While it would be beneficial to the players, harming the company's revenue indirectly harms the players.

    You can't sell covers for HP. Only ISO
