Retreat damage when using old man logan

About 1/3 of the time when using OML after finishing a fight my characters take damage like I retreated. I win the fight, my points, and then go to my next match but have to use health packs because my characters now have thousands less hit points than when I finished the previous fight. The game does not crash or close when this occurs. Has anyone else experienced this issue? My OML is currently lvl 330 1/2/2

    Mine is not fully covered, only 0/1/1 so far, but I have used him a lot and have not seen this behavior.

    That's not to say that it isn't happening to you. After all, there's a crash bug if you use his black power when you only have black and red covers.
