Lost entire roster...again.

Playing tonight and game crashed. Reloaded game, and got an error message "save file corrupted". Prompted.to do tutorial, went through it (this needs to be adressed, there NEEDS to be a skip option there) and tried to load through backup on Facebook and...nothing.
Contacted c.s. regarding the issue, hope it can be resolved. This is the second time this has happened. I clear cache daily, close other apps before playing, don't have a rooted device. I don't understand the constant crashes. Suggest another way to back up game, maybe direct save onto device and Facebook as an extra, don't know.

I have a similar problem. Played by Steam. Support does not help ...
