Upgrade 4 stars with legendary tokens

Hi,

After pulling a third IW cover, I have a suggestion:

Please let us use unopened legendary tokens to upgrade any 4 stars cover.

You would still need to take your chances and open them to get those sweet sweet 5 stars but this option really would ease the 4 star transition.
