ISO Spending advice

Hey guys, looking for a little input.

I am choosing between saving up ISO to fully level a jean grey and hulkbuster, vs using that 400k or so (maybe 500k) ISO to max out a couple more 3*s to take advantage of boosted weeks (I have 12 166s so far, for context)

Really quite torn. The two 4* characters I mentioned are at level 200 - is there a big jump in power level going up to 270?

not a big jump in power but more health and more skip karma. I'd level those 2 together to wherever your iso gets you to. together at 240-250 you'll start getting a lot more skips. wish my jean was further along, but mine is only at 5 covers, but my hb is at 220 and after recently leveling him to there, I can tell I can hover nearly 100 pts higher than I used to, making 1K much easier to hit, and brings 1300 into play much more often.

I was only thinking of how hard they hit, and didn't think about their deterrent value. Going to take your advice and do that, the 3*s can wait.
