10x bonus no longer available on banked tokens?

it seems that the 10x pull button has been disabled after saving up 10 tokens from anniversary missions. Is this by design?

    I've never been able to use the ten pack button when saving up for it. It only works if you get a ten pack. Even if you save up 40 I don't believe you can get the 40 pack or everyone would save. I thought the same thing in the beginning but it will only let you do them individually.

    And this goes for any token pack.

    Thanks. Guess I'm confusing season 10pack rewards with the saved tokens I had.
