No retaliations after events fail to load

So I open up MPQ and get a list of recent attacks against me in the Blind as a Bat (whatever it's called) Daredevil PvP. However, the weird bug happens where no events are available. So I quit out of the app completely and relaunch it. This time the events load, but the retaliation opportunities I should have in Blind Faith are not there.
