Steam cloud save question

Posted on bugs section but unsure if that will be read.

Basically my GF's account (roster, ISO, HP) copied over to my account somehow and synced with steam. We both use separate steam accounts.

I spent over a $100 on HP from anniversary so now is gone which sucks and my ISO. More importantly I had a pretty good roster: http://mpq.gamependium.com/rosters/Nigelregal/ that is gone

I just beat PVE for legendary token but it is sitting waiting in my inventory (might lose that)
I also am able to beat devil dino DPD but can't play it and now I cant play galactus or play rest of my PVP for the 10 pack. My guess is I lose out on a 10 pack, 2-3 legendary tokens and maybe 20 more anniversary tokens as well as Red Hulk as my alliance should be able to get to round 8 at least.

At this point if I lose out on so much I might just quit the game and move on if i'm going to miss out of everything after paying so much money already in this anniversary.

Hoping anyone has any ways to get back old steam cloud saves as my support ticket might take 72 hours or after weekend before I get a response (being too late)

Also: If I just play anyways will it save my tokens I get for if/when my account issues are resolved by support? I would like to at least help my alliance do galactus and if I win like 30 tokens I would hate to just lose them. Unsure if they can load my previous last save over current but keep my tokens (Losing ISO is not as big of a deal)
