Tile match priority

I'm wondering how tile match priority is given when 2 or more heroes have equal tile match dmg.

I had this problem at a certain level with OBW and 2*storm where storm was making the blue matches even though I had OBW in the center slot and storm on the far right (same listed tile match dmg).

My OBW is maxed now, but storm will have the same amount of blue tile dmg when she is maxed and I don't want her to take priority over OBW. Anyone able to confirm?

There are apparently some hidden fractions at levels below max that break ties before left-center-right placement is considered. At max levels, the numbers should be flat so you can break ties yourself with placement.

Ahh. So OBW storm at 94 have actually equal values of 49 blue. Makes a lot more sense now, ty.
