MPQ Loses Connection Every Game

I play MPQ in the same exact location everyday and have never had issues with it. Starting yesterday, MPQ takes a long time to load and after literally every match I play, I get the "agent, you have lost connection to the SHIELD servers" error message. I have to then wait another couple of minutes before it works again.

This has made playing pretty painful, as I spend more time waiting for the game to connect than I do playing. I'm on an iPhone 6 with Verizon network if that matters.

Is this an MPQ issue or an issue on my end? I'd greatly appreciate any help!
