Lost rewards

I was playing MPQ and opened a Starlord token and placed 5th in the Class of 2015 Anniversary event, receiving all of the awards for that event. Then I stopped playing for about 30 minutes and when I opened the app again, the Starlord and all rewards from that event were missing. The anniversary event now says "Rewards pending" so I'm not sure if that will eventually come back, but I'm guessing the Starlord is not... Is there any way to get these back? I spent a lot of time to get those and it's very frustrating to lose them to a bug.
