Disappearing Cover?

So I got my Red 4* Cyclops yesterday from Galactus (yay!) I applied the cover then went about my day. I switch devices later in the day, and go to play Simulator. On the essential Cyclops node, I have no red cover. Check the recruit tab and no red in there either. This is no bueno.

I submitted a ticket last night, but didn't even get the automated message back yet. Should I resubmit or just be patient while they dig through everything?

Edit: they just got back to me. Hopefully it'll be a positive resolution

    I would recommend giving them a day. If you still haven't even seen an automated reply by then, re-submit.

    Just a quick update, customer service just sent over a Red Cyc for me so I'm a happy camper icon_e_smile.gif
