Thought on why there is no reward after Round 8

Sorry if this is already confirmed but I didn't see it anywhere.

My assumption is the reason that we haven't gotten the last Cyclops cover for round 8 award is because somehow this is tied in their code to the "end of the event", and this is the trade off for being able to continue the event and shoot for final progression.

I know I am glad to be able to casually try out some new combos today for the leisurely Legendary token grind.

    Rewards? Don't be silly, IceIX said right here in this forum that you're supposed to lose to Galactus. Why give out a reward for an event that's designed to kill you? Obviously anybody who claims to have "beaten" Round 8 is either lying or cheating, and after the devs return from the holiday weekend they will decide whether to sandbox these miscreants.

    On an unrelated note, don't forget that today is the last day of the HP/ISO sale!
