Split Character Discussion into Rarity Groups

In the character discussion on the forum I think there should be another link to each character level (ex 1* Character Discussions, 2* etc) and compile all characters of that level into the subforum just to clean it up a bit. We're already clicking through 4-5 pages looking for earlier characters (and some newer, I think Thing is on page 3) and the grouping would help make it a little easier to find a character you want.
