No ISO in pvp

This whole anniversary has been a disaster, people aren't happy, there is no joy in galactus event and yet the response to customers is that's how it's supposed to be. Now I'm not getting iso after winning in pvp, not double rate, not single rate but zero, zilcho.

This mess will leave huge swathes of a loyal fanbase with a very bitter taste, whoever may be left next year and they run this again I will assume it's the biggest troll in history

Is this game supposed to be fun?
