Galactus Fight Not Unlocking

I just decided to give it another go after staying away for most of the day. I cleared out the Hood/Kingpin/Doom node and Galactus didn't unlock. I finished the Captain Marvel node with the level 395 teisatsu and Galactus didn't unlock. Awesome. It keeps getting better and better.
