I get that things like this can happen and are quite expected to. Its still frustrating as we can all tell. The thing that bugs me the most is the lack of communication from the devs when things hit the fan. Its been a solid 12 hours since we've heard anything. Its okay that the first update was telling us they are aware of the problem, we all know that they are. They don't even need to tell us the problem at that time cause we probably knew as much as them. But small updates every 2-3 would be great. Its okay if you say "we're still working on it." That would calm the riots a ton. Just a simple note. Every studio has problems and guess what they all do, time'y updates to their user base. Bungie, Blizzard, Treyarch, Dice, Bethesda. They know whos keeping the lights on and they talk to them. Just going MIA when things get hasty on the forums is super unprofessional.
