...to have fun. I thought that was obvious?

+1, but honestly this is a very personal question and you're going to get at least a few different answers.

The main goal? That's subjective. Having fun, and if there's more than it it's a bonus.

  • you make your own goals. There isn't any objective meaning in our reality. We're just a bunch of organised matter stuck in a replicating loop. Nothing has goals. Doesn't mean you can't give a subjective meaning to anything that suits you best.

To get hit with as many match ending cascades so you break your phone/tablet and have to go buy a new one icon_evil.gificon_evil.gificon_evil.gif (ya just got hit with one of those)
  • To defeat the huns!

Depends on what you are asking as the "goal".

As the board has already mentioned, from a subjective player perspective, any goals are those that you create for yourself.

From an objective dev-driven narrative perspective, we simply don't know yet. Out the planned 25 chapters for the mainline story, the progression of the story is only up to Chapter 4 (Thick as Thieves). The main storyline is still in the exposition phase and many of the current in-game characters are still being introduced as to how they fit in the actual story of the game. We don't know how tightly or loosely the devs' vision for the game will adhere to how the Dark Reign story played out in the comics.
  • For me is: Play a "Jewel puzzle game" for relax
  • To pay as much as possible.
  • For me it's trying to get every character (well, with exception of 4*, some 1* and 2*) up to cover cap and then to mess with their powers, trying different combinations. That's why at one point I threw one of tourneys to get last oBW covers instead of 3*.
  • My main goal right now is to build a team that people are hesitant to attack when I pop up.

To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

I'm not playing this game right then
  • It's a convoluted satire on capitalism and it's effects on human beings.
  • Fun, I enjoy the game mechanic. My overarching goal is to own all the covers (have 28 now), to get there I need to build up my team. Currently I almost have a maxed level 2 team, and am on the road to level 3. Weekly my goal is to have 3 thousand or so ISO by Friday to put into whatever character is needed for that weekends event.

I thought we played the game to have something to talk about here?
