Time to add Devil Dinosaur to main rotation!

Last year there was a mini-season during anniversary, which rewarded DD.
And the Anniversary Tokens I recall giving a -much- higher than 3% drop rate.
And you got three DD at your day 365/366/367 rewards.

None of those seem to be happening this year. D3 - if you are going to make it impossible to get DD through this event (the only way to get him last year), you need to add him into regular tokens and put him in 4* rotation. He is no more of a "joke" character than Elektra, Starlord, or Invisible Woman.
