When does double iso start?

So since anniversary event kicks off tomorrow, does double iso start then or does it click in on the day at midnight (whichever timezone)? Was wondering if it's worth saving my ddq event and doing it tomorrow. Mine refreshes at 11am gmt.

    I assume noon est on October 8th, when galactus event goes live.

    Add: won't affect this week's LR unfortunately, because the last round starts at 11 am est tomorrow. Tex mex may not offer double iso too. But the pvp after that should.

    I think last year all events got double ISO after the anniversary started, whether they were part of the anniversary celebrations or not. Could be wrong though, or it could have been changed...

    Thanks. Guess I'll just go ahead and do today's ddq. Doesn't sound like anniversary will start til well after tomorrows ddq.
