Options to turn off animations.

Ive noticed there's loads of posts about this but instead of waking one of the old ones to life im making a new post about this.
Please give us the options to turn off these ridiculously long animations, atleast for PC.

They annoy me very much and every time i see one i have to think about cute kittens to not punch my screen in or crack my keyboard in two.
I dont care about the down-time (ok maybe a little bit), you can keep that, just give me the options of turning them off so i dont risk getting a epileptic seizure everytime i play the game.
