Where to buy boost?

I'm playing on the ipad version. And I can't find where I can buy boost or health pack. can anyone help?

    I think it offers to sell you health packs when you run out of health packs and try to heal an injured character.

    You can buy boosts by trying to add a boost in the battle screen. If it is a boost you do not have any of currently the price will be listed so you can buy before using.

    I don;t believe there is a method of buying to stockpile either before you actually need to use them.
