Done with pvp

Im really done with pvp right now. I think we've all been here: pushing for a certain reward, getting really close to it. Then u enter a fight to get the reward. U get excited when u won- finally have what u wanted. Only to see you've been crushed 5 times in the time you've been playing. It's so dumb, first of all getting attacked while u are playing, but almost the amount of times u can get attacked. Even while typing this, i've been attacked 4 times, and typing this doesnt even take 5 minutes. Its so frustating - a game is supposed to be fun, but this just takes away all the fun

    This is, unfortunately, the way it goes at certain points in time in an event. If you're worth a lot of points right around when a shield will cover the remainder of the event, you're going to get hit a bunch. The best success I've had has come when I'm either still low or shielded at 8 hours and 3 hours remaining. Then I climb as fast as I can. I'm getting to the point where I can aaaaalmost reach 1000 before getting dragged back down.
