HP charged multiple times for one shield

I spent HP on a 24 hr shield on one device (iPad). An hour later, I logged into the game on my android phone and found that I lost 900 additional HP.

I'd really like to have that hp back before the anniversary event.

    There has been no reply from D3 in more than a week. Where would I go to have a ticket expedited?
