"Roster Advice" (Sub)Forum

Given the number of "help me decide which character to throw away/level up/etc" topics there are, it seems like there is a legitimate need for it. Users don't seem to know where to put such questions, so they end up in different forums. While most of them end up in the "Tips and Guides" forum, this doesn't seem like the obvious location to me.

    We need 2 new subforums actually.. Roster/Level help, and Statistics and Theories.

    With the influx of new forumites, and the many people who love the math/statistics/conspiracy threads, i think both are going to become necessary soon.
