Surfer in latest Simulator PvE

Hi all,
I'm curious about what people were seeing on this node, because it seemed seriously wonky.
First, the level was 396, and I thought PvE scaling topped out at 395.
Second, his hit points and tile-flipping damage (and maybe other powers; I didn't look at those as carefully) were way lower than they should have been. His hit points were around 18k, when they should be somewhere in the 30-35k range for that level. And his blue tile-flipping damage was only (hah!) 220 per tile, when it should also be in the neighborhood of twice that.
My roster tops out at 120, unbuffed. With buffs, it was topping out around 170 (Doc Ock, natively 78, was a little above that, while Capt Marvel, Daredevil, and Cyclops were at 169. Mr Fantastic was right around there, too, but I didn't play him much, and not at all in the final sub).
So, the reason I'm posting this is to ask what other people were seeing for the Surfer's abilities. Is everyone seeing him at 396, with his other abilities scaled to be more in line with people's rosters? Or is everyone seeing him identically? Or is something else going on?
FWIW, I beat the node the two times I tried, using Capt Marvel (3-5-5, 120), Cyclops (2-3-5, 120), and Iron Fist (2-5-4, 120; anxiously awaiting tomorrow's DDQ to push him to 2-5-5). I did do +2 all boost and +100% all, both times (and that's why I didn't try it more; didn't want to use up all the expensive boosts). I also put Marvel in the center, so she would be tanking all of Surfer's colors; that worked (insofar as Cyclops was untouched in both matches), but not as well as I'd hoped (his match damage being lower meant that he had to do a match-4 or better to trigger her absorption, though the lowering did keep Iron Fist alive from his purple-collecting).

There's a bug on Silver Surfer's level display. He is not actually level 396. Mine had 18,000 health when it would have been more like above 30,000 if he was actually level 396.0
