    He isn't actually level 396. It is just a display error.

    He does scale.. took him down with Charlies angels a couple times. His level shows the same, but his HP go up each time

    Another psa - I got a red tu off this node. 3k dmg for 7ap is pretty neat! Tempted to farm it for more while it is available...
