See, you're framing your post like all of those are bad...except this one.
Why is that bad? It means they boosted ALL of the characters except the ones they chose for this week!

If he's talking about PvE it depends how this affects scaling though, doesn't it?

If it's PvP everyone gets the same disadvantage so it's neutral.

An all new Anniversary Vault!

A 50 item vault filled with:

1 - Legendary Token
2 - All New 5* Moonstone!
17 - 20 Iso!
30 - 2* Moonstone

OneLastGambit

A brand new anniversary vault which is a sentimental reminder of your journey on MPQ. The Vault contains only Juggernaut, CHawkeye or Yelena.

All PVE events will feature a team of boosted Juggs, Hulk and MBW. Legendary Tokens will be replaced with sentimental tokens that can be redeemed for silver recruit tokens or 20 ISO (choice is yours).

There will also be a secret anniversary node which will be selectable but not displayed on a map of the universe which if you manage to press the correct part of the screen will reward you with a maxed out surfer. (there will actually be no secret anniversary node...just the promise of one and a lot of broken mice and touch screens)
