lost my inactive vault again

the inactive sweet vault is not there. if I go right from the savory vault it kicks me back to the main screen. additionally, I have no ice breaker storefront or vault. I've lost my inactive ddq vault before recently but got it back for a period. its not as big of a deal except when I need emergency health packs, but the ice breaker storefront/vault I'm going to need once I start playing that event. I tried closing out of the game and restarting - that solves some things but not this one. thanks.

r83 on iphone plus running 8.1.2

edit: entered ticket and a couple hrs later, the vaults are there again. no response, so not sure if they did anything or not. as I said in the other thread, if they did something, thanks. if not, will get frustrating if its intermittent and comes and goes.
