loaner node teamups

Is it possible to get teamups to drop from a loaner node? I saw someone mention the idea of doing the Silver Surfer node for teamups, but so far all I've been getting is boosts.

    Teamups come from the enemies you defeat, not the ones you use. Yes, the loaner node can get you some nice JG/HB team ups, but you won't get a surfer teamup unless you kill a surfer, or an alliance mate sends you one.


    Edit: oops, i re-read your post, you said nothing about SS team ups.. so, the answer is yes, you can.
