In addition, if you have a recent Zendesk ticket that seems to have suddenly been closed for no reason, then please email us at the above address or in-game for further assistance.

Hi folks,

The title pretty much says it all. With new mobile devices arriving soon - this is a friendly reminder to back-up your game on your old phone before switching to a new phone!

It's a fairly simple procedure. For ATPQ, while in-game, tap the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then tap the Facebook icon in the top row and follow any prompts.
