Remove Bagman from DDQ

Right now those of us who keep one 1-star character around for DDQ can choose between Iron Man and Juggernaut. Spidey would be more fun, but he gets locked out by having Bagman as an opponent. Remove Bagman and let us have more fun.

    Make bagman a substitute for any essential character!
