Heroic 10-Pack at 3000 points

Genuine thanks to the Devs for making the Heroic 10-pack attainable at 3000 pts instead of 4000. I hit 3206 last season, so this is definitely achievable, and also makes it more accessible to transitioners. Positive change, keep it up!

Of course, you could end up getting 10 Moonstones :p

    The season is shortened to 7 events to finish before anniversary week. The progressions have been adjusted accordingly.

    300 points x 10 events + 1000 sim = 4000 in a normal season
    300 points x 7 events + 900 sim = 3000 in a shortened season
