Heroic tokens upgrade?

I read somewhere that starting with the new season the heroic tokens week have a new statistical probability for each rarity? Is that true? Does anyone know what the new probabilities are to be at that time?

    Typically those are updated when the Season begins, which will be tomorrow evening.
