Can't skip tutorials

On a semi regular basis I flatten the devices I have to clear them out. On reloading the game and starting new it won't let me skip the tutorials.

ANyone else hit this?

    No, and it's getting more and more terrible all the time.

    Currently it takes an HOUR to get past the tutorial. AN HOUR.
