Story event missions workaround

I'm surprised that the devs haven't issued a scaling system based on the level of each character every player has where the difficulty of each mission is dependent on what level bracket you belong in. This would entail a sort of bracket filtering that sticks you with others around your character levels as well. Doing so would keep the rankings fair and most importantly keep a much larger sum of legit players out of the brackets that the cheaters can be found in since they would most likely be in a low level bracket.
